The Internet Arcade is a collection of 2,666 (at the time of this writing) coin-activated arcade games from the 1970s and 1980s. The games are playable in your browser thanks to a JavaScript-based emulator, brought to you by Jason Scott.

As you might expect, if you have ever used the MAME arcade game emulator, the games are not necessarily easy to play using a computer keyboard. Even so, this is a great resource for anyone wanting to research classic arcade games. So, grab a beer and try playing a few of these beauties!
